Rep. Norm Johnson, R-Yakima, talked with Capitol Report about his expectations for the legislative session in 2016.  Johnson talked about potential tweaks to the budget, and said forest fire suppression is a deep concern.  “This is,” he said, “still a time to pinch the penny.”
