Norm Johnson, R-Yakima talks with KIHR about the recent declaration by a King county judge that I-1366 is unconstitutional and the reaction of Republicans to ensure that voters approve any tax increase before it is implemented.  He also talked about education, the McCleary decision and other legislation affecting his district and the state.
