Capitol Report with Rep. Norm Johnson
Each week, 35 students aged 14-16 visit the capitol to work as pages during the legislative session. On this segment of Capitol Report, Rep. Norm Johnson, R-Yakima, introduces two teens from the 14th District who are serving as pages. Paul Moneymaker from Zillah and Kelly Martin from Yakima talked about their experience. Martin told the audience that she would advise her friends to visit the capitol and become pages as well. Added Moneymaker: “Bring comfortable shoes.”
