Reps. Gina McCabe and Norm Johnson guest on KIHR

Rep. Gina McCabe, R-Goldendale, and Rep. Norm Johnson, R-Yakima talked with KIHR about the 2016 session as the cutoff point nears for policy bills being considered by lawmakers in Olympia.

McCabe, who has sponsored eight measures this session, focused on her Travis Alert Act, which is designed to help law enforcement be better prepared when answering calls where the disabled may be present.

They House members also discussed a recently passed piece of legislation that addresses the wage gap between men and women in Washington.
