Glut of frivolous legislation irks Rep. Norm Johnson

Rep. Norm Johnson, R-Yakima, laments the glut of frivolous legislation that contributed to the record number of House bills introduced in 2018 and provides Kevin Malcolm of KLCK an update on whether his legislation on emergency preparedness and long-term care made it out of the House. Johnson also discusses the state revenue forecast expected to be released later today, Gov. Jay Inslee's proposed carbon tax and Wednesday's school shooting in Florida.
